What do you think is broken in the current economic/housing system?
“I don’t feel anyone is a victim in this other than by their poor decision making. [...] Letting people out of their financial commitments is going to create more problems. [...] People are too willing to walk away from the problems they created and give them to someone else. [...] As far I’m concerned, my house is worth just as much as it was 20 years ago.”
