Mr. Magsig lives in Ferndale with his wife, fellow artist Janet Hamrick. He’s been a successful painter for over 30 years and is represented by galleries in Birmingham, Michigan, and New York. Most of his attention is spent on his Postcards from Detroit project, in which he paints daily a 5×7-inch painting and sells it on Ebay with prices between $100- $200. You missed a beautiful picture at the Howell Post Office It was at the old Post Office but was moved to the new location 325 S. Michigan Ave.

Does anybody know where I can get a photograph of the Father Gabriel Richard mural (mosaic?) that stood in the old Detroit bus station? Wasn't it a WPA project also?
